1 General Terms & Conditions
Hh baje (website: hhbaje.app) is an international online gaming platform operating under a valid license. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between hh baje and its users.
By accessing this website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use this platform.
These Terms & Conditions are published in Bengali for the convenience of players in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.
Hh baje reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
2 Account Registration & Eligibility
To open an account on hh baje, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age.
- You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is fully prohibited.
- You are only allowed to open one account in your own name.
- You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering your account.
- You are not opening an account on behalf of another person or any business entity.
Hh baje reserves the right to verify the information provided at registration. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be asked to submit a national ID, passport, or other identity documents. Accounts created using false information will be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.
If one person opens multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. This rule applies without exception.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You are fully liable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact hh baje support immediately.
3 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
Hh baje supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (may vary depending on the payment method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Rules requiring deposits and withdrawals to be made via the same payment method may apply.
Hh baje does not charge any transaction fees. However, your bank or mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — this is outside hh baje's control.
In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, hh baje reserves the right to place any suspicious transaction on hold for review. Additional verification may be required for unusually large or irregular withdrawals. If fraudulent activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately.
4 Bonus & Promotion Terms
Hh baje offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, detailed on the bonus page. General bonus conditions include:
- The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
- A wagering requirement of typically 15x to 35x must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn (varies by offer).
- Bonuses must generally be used within 7 to 30 days of being credited.
- Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
- Hh baje reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus promotion.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses and winnings being forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.
Cashback offers are generally calculated based on net losses and carry their own wagering requirements. Points and rewards under the VIP programme are subject to their own rules, as detailed in the separate VIP Terms & Conditions.
5 Gaming Rules
All game outcomes on hh baje are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are regularly audited by third parties. Key rules governing gameplay:
- Hh baje is not liable for any disruption to a gaming session caused by loss of internet connection.
- Incomplete rounds due to a technical error may be declared void.
- Hh baje reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from software bugs or errors.
- If a match is postponed or cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
- In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on hh baje:
- Operating two or more accounts belonging to the same individual.
- Claiming bonuses through fraudulent means.

- Stealing or using another player's account credentials.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to hh baje's systems.
- Colluding or conspiring with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where necessary.
7 Account Closure & Suspension
Hh baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of the Terms & Conditions.
- Accounts opened using false or inaccurate information.
- If identified as a minor.
- If suspicious financial activity is detected.
- If the account has been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
Users may request to close their account at any time. If an active balance remains, withdrawals must be completed before the account can be closed. A monthly maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts.
8 Responsible Gaming Policy
